Alan Richardson qualified as a Certified Rolfer in 1998 after completing his training in Colorado and Brazil; and has continued to develop his skill set by taking regular workshops in the fields of: Trauma Energetics, Thorax, Pilate teacher training, Spinal Mechanics, Visceral and Spinal Manipulation. In 2006 he qualified as a Certified Advanced Rolfer. Alan is also a qualified Craniosacral therapist and feels that his working knowledge and practical skills in both philosophies of bodywork enhance his effectiveness as a Rolfer.
