Mika began her career in musculoskeletal and bodywork in the 1990’s, training in Holistic Massage and Reiki. Her passion later developed into Craniosacral Therapy when it proved to be the therapeutic treatment that facilitated her own healing, following years of back pain and other issues. In the 10 years working as a therapist she has been privileged to work with people seeking transformation in all areas of their Health and have taken great joy in watching clients heal and reach their potential.
Mika is also currently teaching the ‘Anatomy of Movement of Breath and the Spine’ on the Anusara Yoga teacher training immersion in London. (Anusara Yoga is a hatha yoga system that unifies Universal Principles of Alignment with the flow of Grace); and is a qualified Anusana Yoga teacher.
Mika’s work has been written about in the national press in a variety of publications from The Evening Standard to Healthy Magazine.
Always interested in furthering her knowledge and skills, Mika has taken her training into the post graduate field with the following courses:

• Ventricles Enfolding Space (Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust 2009)
• Emotions and the Limbic System (Neurology in Practice 2008)
