Heather Ankara Loft is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council and also has qualifications in herbal medicine and nutrition. Among the conditions treated are body pain, nerve pain, stiffness, whiplash, disc problems, sports injuries, pregnancy and others.
She has a holistic approach, combining osteopathy with cranial osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, paediatric osteopathy, stretching, herbal medicine, nutrition and healing; assisting the patient to achieve an overall state of wellbeing.
Her patients range in age from the new born to the elderly. She previously trained and practised as a sports therapist and therapeutic masseuse in Australia treating some prominent sports people.
Heather is a qualified healer giving her an awareness of mind, body, spirit and emotional aspects of pain and illness.
As an osteopath she is registered with Bupa, PPP and all other insurances.
